A few little tricks of the trade are taken for example from experiments done with placebos, which are fakes in essence. The human mind plays tricks on itself all of the time. Take for instance the example of an aution item that has been donated by someone who is famous. When this item has been worn by the donor, it has their essence and is thus very valuable, but wash that very item, and it losers the essence and is no longer valuable as much. This is how people think. If they had never been told the item was washed, then they never would have known, thus making it more valuable. It is a trick in their mind. Working out is the same thing.
2 Exercise “Tricks” that may be very valuable to you and your success will include, but not be limited to, rewards of some sort physically, and mentally. If you set up a timeline to stick to, then hiring a personal fitness trainer will not be that much money. If you set up a prize for reaching your goals, then this aspect of trickery will catapult you to success.
There is pleasure found in the reward system. This is why I guess it is used on children with great success. You must ahve the eye on the prize so that youa re focused on something very positive. I do know all about this fiirst hand becaue I have roller coastered with my weight loss and weight gain over the past 10 years. Just do it.
